The Asset Management team controls and appraises the real estate holdings.
Its services cover all aspects of property value and are based on up-to-date information such as comparable rents, macro- and micro-locational trends, and many other types of data that require continuous collection and maintenance. The asset management team fully capitalizes on the available information, allowing us to realize consinstent value appreciation for existing properties.
In our role as asset manager:
- we appraise the real estate portfolios with which we are entrusted using all available resources, recommend value-adding measures and put these into practice in consultation with the owners
- we keep a constant eye on the evolution of real estate locations and immediately respond to changing trends
- we exhaust the full potential of our information sources with the aim of optimizing conditions for the continued use of the relevant properties
