The focus of Property Management is squarely on the commercial and technical aspects of operating the individual construction facilities.

Specific duties include property accounting, utility cost settlement, lease management and the provision of on-the-spot assistance in commercial issues – i.e. tenant support. Key functions include leasing and alterations management. The team thus provides, supervises and co-ordinates a package of services that are always centered on a specific property.

In our role as property manager:

  • we keep a constant eye on commercial and technical issues, making all necessary adjustments to achieve, among other things, a continuous reduction in the utility costs charged to our tenants.
  • we recommend and perform alteration and capital improvement projects with the aim of enhancing the visual impact of properties and creating a pleasant environment for our tenants.
  • we view our tenants as customers, offering them advice and support at all times and in all matters.
