Rosenthaler Straße is part of Hackescher Markt in Berlin-Mitte, the creative centre of Berlin. After reunification, the old buildings were renovated and gaps between buildings were closed. Since then, the area has become a centre of attraction for artists, designers and, most recently, digital companies.

Characterised by trendy bars, cafés and restaurants, Hackescher Markt and its surroundings have a charm that attracts well-known companies and renowned retailers.

The building was constructed in 2003 in a prominent corner location. The ground floor area has a very large shop window frontage along Rosenthaler Strasse and has ideal delivery facilities.
